Certis Command Centre (Mozart)
Mozart is Certis' operations intelligence and orchestration platform that integrates complex mission-critical operations across surveillance, security deployment, facilities management, robotics, IOT, IIOT devices and more.
PixelMusica was engaged in the research and deisgn of the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for both operators and command centre displays. Key design considerations include integrating complex data feeds while keeping the the interface uncluttered, intuitive operator navigation, and visual elements that reduce visual fatigue.
EV Management Interface

A commercial EV company operates a platform for their clients to track, manage their vehicle fleet with capabilities in traffic prediction, route, schedule, charge planning and optimization (and more).
Working with the client, we designed the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) for the platform, which included collaborative ideation to imagine and design how future capabilities could be visualized.
Key design principles we incorporated were clean visual aesthetics, operator intuitive navigation, "information-at-a-glance" and "intelligence-embedded" design architecture.
Changi Airport Pass Management System

Changi Airport which connects Singapore to 170 cities, sees 70 million passenger movements a year, and is frequently ranked the best airport in the world.
Certis partnered with PixelMusica in their successful bid to refresh the visitor / contractor pass management system for the 50,000 workers that power the airport's operations.
We supported Certis in the user experience (UX) study, to understand the existing system's limitations as well as the work pass process. This informed and guided our user interface (UI) design.
A key design principle we incorporated was a visually intuitive interface with minimal click-to-completion in order to support the diverse multi-national profiles and volume of workers.
